This is a woven strand bamboo floor, in a natural color. I think it was called Honey in this brand. I specified Teragren Bamboo. Strand wood floorings tend to be very durable. The flooring in the rest of the house is Oak, a wood that has a yellow undertone, and I wanted the wood in the kitchen to relate, but have a more modern feel.
