My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Suggest Furniture Layout Please

Hello! I need help on how to arrange Furniture's in our large living area. I'm hoping it'll look cozy. I'm attaching the floor plan with dimensions for reference. I live in a tropical country (so no fireplace). Thanks in advance for all your suggestions!

    I would make your window your focal point, hopefully you have a gorgeous view. Not a fan of two separate seating groups but this is a very large space. Minotti has a great website with a lot of layouts for large rooms. Be warned, they are very expensive but also very well made. It may give you some ideas...
