My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your interest in this project! That color is 2130-70 Seattle
    Gray from Benjamin Moore. We used 0-VOC Natura eggshell finish. Note
    there is alot of natural light filtering down from above, plus the green
    floor and glass tile, which help to bring out the subtle blue tone. The
    way a color appears in a particular space is significantly influenced
    by the light bouncing off of different surfaces.

    Thank you! Yes Once You shared the color I took a closer look to see how finishes and light create a beautiful and frefreshing blue look to the paint color, and my guess is the warm wood elements contribute as well. Beautiful!
