My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The upstairs of this garage was never finished, so there are no photos. The best place to start is to talk with a local contractor that is a design builder or hire an architect to develop a plan. The design builder would be able to do this plus develop a budget for the work.
