My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The color of the stucco looks similar to Saybrook Sage HC-114 by Benjamin Moore.

    Sorry, I do not have that information. More than likely this particular fixture is not in production any more, as this home was built several years ago. There are a lot of lighting companies, both specialist and general, that provide Craftsman exterior wall lights--through these you should be able to find many similar fixtures that are currently available.
