My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Install permanent fire ladder 2nd story

We own a story and a half house with all the children's bedrooms upstairs. (9,7,5) we have ineffective ladder that goes out a window but I would like something more permanent. What can we do to make this safer?
