My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

should i wait until spring?

hello. just got a rental with a back patio in Manhattan - north facing. pretty bare and needs some plants.. has nothing, really. i would like to do stuff, but it is now late october. should i just save and wait for spring? what can i do now to at least make it decent to look out. just very plain, not plants, nothing.
