How about going with one of the countertops from Cambria. Quartz is maintenance free and Cambria has great designs that have movement.

You realize that there is no pure white granite, right? Any granite that is labeled "white" will be very highly patterned with cream, burgundy, black, brown, and/or gray speckles. It's just the nature of granite. You could try River White, Colonial Cream, Alaskan White, Polar White, and many others. Keep in mind that stone yards can use whatever label they want, there are no standards when naming stones. You need to start out by looking online, then visit the yards and see the slabs in person. When you find one you like, make sure you see them label it as yours with a permanent marker so there are no mixups between the supplier and the fabricator.

Yes, you could also look at the many, many white man-made quartz products. While no countertop is perfect, these are a good alternative if you want a nice white with no patterns.

My concern is that I already have a granite in the bath off kitchen hall-(you can see it in the photo above) and thought this granite set the tone that I need to have granite in kitchen too. Thanks!
