Hi, We live on the top floor of a brick and beam building. The people under us do not want to cover their beams - but we can both hear right through my hardwood and their beams. We are doing renovations above and would like to put down some sound insulation before the new hardwood. (We do not want to put down carpet.) Any suggestions? Would like to significantly reduce the noice for both our benefit. Thanks in advance!
