Most of you have seen the main part of the quilt before, but here it is bordered, quilted and bound. The pattern is basically from Sara Nephew's book, Not Your Grandmother's Log Cabin. I say basically, because I cut all the pieces wrong and had to improvise a bit. It's about 65"x75". I quilted it in a meander (stipple) with a taupe colored thread from Signature called Mother Goose. I will be sending it off to my stepdaughter in Idaho as an early Christmas gift. I'm sure there will be plenty of cold nights before Christmas, she can cuddle up in it. I love how this quilt turned out.
