When you pick a leave, see if it excretes a white sappy substance from the end of the stem, a sure sign of Norway.

Norway maple have more pointed tips on the lobes of the leaves, so the curled edges on the single leaf picture made it difficult. The first picture with many leaves points to Norway. Norway are the last to turn color in the fall and their color is mostly a dull yellow. The bark is also Norway.

Sounds like it's a Norway, then - the leaves that are turning are definitely a dull yellow, nothing bright or showy. A lot of the leaves are starting to curl a bit but there are some with pointed tips still.

Yeah, the seed samara are completely different also. There's some pictures in the link I posted in my first post, Norway has a 'coat hanger" shaped samara and the Sugars had more of a 'horseshoe' shape. This time of year you should have plenty of seed around.
