Thank you so much. So, is the 11'2" x 12' without the eating area? I have a similar area I'm trying to renovate, and as another viewer commented, I'm not sure if I have enough width to include an island, which I really want. My room is 11'4" x 10.5''. The room is 17'9" long, but there is a door at 10.'5". Can you tell me the dimensions of the island in this pic?

I double checked the cabinet drawings. They were different then the architectural drawings. I apologize for the error- the measurements were 140 7/8" wide x 144" deep. I will upload the cabinet sketch.
