Need help with colour selection with my flooring

Hi there. First time posting on Houzz. I recently purchased a new condo townhouse and I chose this style of hardwood floor. My living space ties in with my kitchen and I went for a modern design with the kitchen (two tone - ash coloured cabinetry on the lower and white at the top). I'm curious what colour rug and couch I should get? Any suggestions?
