My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      They are there, just little further above the opening. You can see them in reflection of the glass railings on the second floor. We did all the glass wrap-around. Ceiling was done by someone else.

      The client was very specific about their desired color. We went through zillion yellow-oranges to find the exact match to make it look perfect in light and dusk. Its a very nice mellow mix- saturated enough, which seems to produce pleasant color tones in natural and artificial light.
