My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    You have to think about the space as a whole -- right now the railing is visually busy, and you have a striking chandelier... How many things do you want competing in this space?

    I think I'd either let it be, or place one human-scaled piece of art on the landing.
