Was hoping for something more rectangular so guest can put coffee/tea cups on without having to reach too much!
Any thoughts on ottoman vs marble top?

I love your couches also but before going any further with purchases are you getting rugs?

I wouldn't purchase another marble top table let the dining room table be the star. if you like natural stone this one from Crate and Barrel has very nice limestone top.

@jck910 I haven't thought about rugs yet, I like the easiness of cleaning up hardwood floors, but I am open to suggestions!
Because I want to see about an upholstered ottoman I'm not sure about rug + upholstery. I'm not sure about matching the fabrics or how to find something that completment

The easiest way is do get rug first, then upholstered pieces then wall color. After that you add in the wood tables, etc. If you're looking at upholstered ottomans you would use that for the coffee table you don't have room for both

I know you did not mention this but I think a combination of metal and wood would look really great with the style you have.
