My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's roughly 7'X4' with an 18" overhang on two sides.

    I am on debating on an island or peninsula and I feel that your peninsula with the overhang gives you the same feeling of an island without sacrificing space. Thank you!
