I see you did not receive a comment regarding the chandelier. I have see similar chandelier at Arte de Mexico located in California. You can look at their website. I hope this helps.

It is from there - I had answered that on other photos from this home. Most fixtures for this house were custom from Arte de Mexico - they can do custom sizes if you ask :-)
