My home is a condo with a ribbon driveway and a garage. Because people park in their driveway rather than the garage, the grass has started to get sickly and brown in the areas of the driveway under the engine. Owners are complaining that it´s not practical and want to pave the strips, or use gravel or pavers or an alternative to grass, such as astroturf. Though it´s true that brown grass does not look good, I think there might be some solution that does not involve saying good bye to grass, such as a super-hardy species of grass that will survive the heat of car engines. I hope someone who knows will be able to offer some solution to help us save the grass. Thank you in advance.
