My opinion would be to have a heavier drapery rod and drapes with more dark blue to tie in with the rug. Also perhaps pictures on either side of the hutch. Looks like a nice refresh

We have a lemon tree in our sunroom that's about 18" tall -- is it going to get that big?? DH is about to re-pot it...it's his baby. Has exactly one lemon on it.

The lemon tree stays outside except in the winter-they need to be pollinated by the bees unless you hand pollinate. It really needs a bigger pot, but don't know if we can handle one much bigger. Moving it around, even on a wheeled stand, is a pita plus it's very thorny. I think they only get really big in the ground, but I'm not sure.

Our neighbor has a huge one in the ground here which survives the freezes and it literally has hundreds of lemons on it. I might put mine in the ground this spring.

i just made a lemon chess pie, and will make lemon curd with the rest when they are ripe.

It's a great improvement; the new rug and light fixture seem exactly right. When I saw the rug and drapes together, however, I do see a slight disconnect. The hutch seems a little lonely and art on either side (perhaps with some dark blue in it) might make the room even more lively. I would make the art non-traditional, to counteract the traditional elements. Even if you did nothing else, it's really incredibly improved.

That's such a pretty room! I think you might have a problem with guests lingering and overstaying their welcome ;)
