Well...faux. Enough said. It's vinyl, with all the downsides that it's always had. Like LVP; no matter what they call it, it's vinyl and fake.

Choose something else for heavy duty use. A Sunbrella perhaps. Especially with fixed cushioning, you want something easy to clean.

Thank you. We have been thinking Faux leather/vinyl is something that can be wiped down easily, no?. We have kids age 3 and 6 who are messy. We like the leather look but seems impractical at this point.

If you want vinyl, pick a neutral, or a fun color, and look for outdoor marine quality. Stay away from the decorator varieties which are far more fragile, and more expensive. I doubt the banquette will take as much abuse as a restaurant booth!
