My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Trade in Northern Virginia

I am in Northern VA. Will trade the pictured chipper/shredder, to a Northern VA resident (which was purchased about 15 years ago for $675) for tiller, birdhouse and edible
perennials or make an offer. I don't need it now since I cut my trees. It was only used about 6 times and has been setting for 10 years in my shed. I also still have some goji berry bushes, a jujube bush


and a
pair of hardy kiwi plant. If interested, send email to
