Hpw do I decide what size picture frame to buy?

From border to border, the picture is 9 l/2 x l2 inches. Do I buy that size even though the description states that the frame's outer dimensions s l7.5" x 20.5" ? Thank you.

    Our frames are listed according to the size picture they will hold. The size refers to the size of the inside of the frame. For example, if you are needing to frame something that is an 8x10 you should purchase an 8x10 frame.

    You need to buy the size frame to fit your print. You need to measure your print and get the frame with that measurement. That measurement tell you the size you need.

    Outer dimensions are the measurements for the entire frame from side to side measuring from edge to edge.
