If you haven't posted your overall floor plan on the building a home forum, I strongly suggest you start there. I see many things in the house plan that I personally wouldn't want or that have a lot of room for improvement. In regard to the kitchen, that angled, wide hallway from the family room to the back bedrooms is hugely inefficient and makes for awkward spaces, in my opinion.

The path from garage to kitchen takes you right into the working part of the kitchen. There would be a lot of criss-crossing the kitchen to make a meal and there's a lot of empty space in the middle. And ovens placed in the nook, not the kitchen? That's weird.

Are you wed to the angles or are you open to suggestions for better use of space?

Honestly I think the house needs a heck of a lot of work. Not only the kitchen.

I agree with everyone above about cross-posting to the home building forum. Here's a rough rearrangement of the kitchen, dining room and back hallway, on the flipped plan. I kept the angle, but moved the closets, except for a small linen closet in the corner. The pantry is in the same location, but it is now a reach-in, with an optional sliding door to close off the kitchen. I also turned the island to make it efficient for prepping and add a few inches on the prep side. If you want seating on the end toward the family room, an overhang on that side would m/l center the sink:

I drew in a closet in the front entry, with another in the spare bedroom. The French doors on the new study/former DR could open to the foyer, or the hall.
