Island - Marble or a Granite

I would like to do Marble on our island, but worry about cost and durability. I don't think this is marble, but looks similar and would like to consider. Thank you.

Hi Sput, the island is in fact, antiqued limestone. The counter tops on the surrounding 'working' part of the kitchen is in durable Ceasarstone. The island is more delicate and it is sealed, however extra care is taken for spills. Good luck with your project!

What lacquer color and brand was used on the cabinets?

Holman, the lacquer colour is Benjamin Moore, Hazy Skies, OC 48.
