My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The custom stain color is a mix of a dark cherry with distressed black by Troy English.

    These are Milgard Essence series windows. they are constructed of wood witb a pultruded fiberglass exterior. The interior is stain grade vertical grain douglas fir.
    They were stained after installation with dark cherry and accented with subtle black brush strokes.
    The client liked it so much she had tbe existing oak interior doors treated to match.
