I don't know why it would be any different than a plant surviving a cold chill. I'd plant them up and see what happens. Just watch out so you don't get them too wet.

And, you could also dust the roots and base with Rootone... if you have any.

I'm pretty sure that rooting hormones are not recommended for edible plants.

I planted all of the herbs. So far the Rosemary looks good but the thyme is questionable. The others are all somewhere in between.
