My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    So sorry...for your confusion but this finish is not black. It is gunmetal gray finish. First of a Kind USA is not correct. Houzz has created confusion where another seller may answer about our product on our site. It also sells for $238.00. with us. BSEID has sold this product many times from us and it is amazing mirror with lots of great features particularly the metal shelf that is at the base of the mirror for extra desired counter space.
