What material is the vanity made of?

Is that the natural antique wood? Or is it porcelain or some other water-resistant material made to look like wood? Thanks!

The material tat looks like wood IS wood! This is a product I found at Floor and Decor. It comes in approx 2 sq ft rectangles and is a product of China that they are saying is recycled boat wood. Beautiful, isn't it?
