There is no way to know without lab titration of the mixture. If you added no additional liquid then in theory it would be close to 100% but that wouldn't account for the water in the grapes and that would reduce it an unknown amount that can vary from crop to crop.

Titration is a relatively complex formula that requires you measure the pH of the liquid at a specific volume and then dilute the volume to half strength with a neutral alkaline and re-measure the pH and calculate the difference (or you can just buy meters).

Vinegar you buy in the store has been specifically diluted so that each jug contains 5% vinegar and the rest is neutral pH water and stabilizers.

Do you have an accurate method of measuring pH? Depending on what you want to use it for you can keep diluting it down and measuring the pH at each step until you get it into the 2.4 range (the pH of commercial vinegar).

I do have a meter. I put two cups of water at 7.2 and one t of vinegar. It lowered the ph to 3.4. Store bought apple vinegar dropped it to 4.4.

i will use my vinegar to lower ph on my citrus and other when watering.
