Maybe not a design dilemma but I think Emily's posts add fun and interest, especially this time of year.

i appreciate emily's posts as well; lots of folks who mostly lurk or don't have dilemmas of their own have a way to join the conversation with their own photos.

No tree in the house. Just lots of garlands.

This year I went with the more traditional red and green. And since I've been busy with my business, I also decorated more simply.

Last year I went more glitter and gold.

I tend to go traditional with my Christmas decorations.

This is the mantel from our wildlife/hunting themed year.

No mantle, just shelves

I have this one of our family room mantel taken right after Thanksgiving. Since then I've added more of the tiny fairy lights.
