My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like this fixed bracket. But, I need the place where I hang the item to be at 11 inches from the wall. Does 11.5" L mean that the furthest point of metal is 11.5 inches from the wall? What does it mean?

    I just tried to order the bracket. How is it POSSIBLE, in this day and age, that you work with a client who will not ship to Puerto Rico. We use the US Postal Service. It is made of metal, for God's sake. Nothing unsafe or flammable. We have zip codes and EVERYTHING. Is there anything you can do to fix this?
