Look bad, no not necessarily. Having the garage door dark like the trim may just take over a little much and have the rest of the house look small as it appears that is what you see most of judging by the angle the photo was taken from. Possibly you just want to keep the garage door the same colour as the siding as to make it all blend a bit more instead of making the garage door being the focal point. I like the trim colour though and it will look good. Then front door could go the trim colour or maybe something that picks up some the yard shrubbery or plants.

Agree. Garage door same color as the siding. I wouldn't do faux carriage style or anything to bring emphasis to the garage. I'd add new (or paint) house numbers in darker color & mount them vertically & replace the lanterns with something a little larger. Creative landscaping would change the looks of your house big time.

Painting it the dark trim color will only emphasize it & make it look like a big black hole!

Garage door the same as the siding - it'll look much cleaner. As for the front door, I love a blue door.

I recommend to keep your garage door white. White garage doors are bright and inviting without drawing too much attention.
