Is this rug available? I ordered this for a Christmas present and was charged and give a date of arrival. The rug never arrived start contacting Houzz they contacted the manufacture and rub they contacted the manufacture and rug was damaged in the warehouse and never shipped. I was told that I would be notified when it was back in stock. I was also told that would not be until March. It looks as if it is back in stock per your website. I'm also seeing many people over the past two years receive the same answer I did with the prod never having been shipped. Should I order another?
