I was looking into buying land in upstate NY to build an A-frame cabin similar to the picture above. I was trying to create a budget. I was able to get an estimate on water and septic, and architecture fees, but really can't determine how much the actual framing would cost.

If I hired a contractor to build the structure, build the foundation, insulate (tape the house), install an aluminum roof, and install all of the doors and windows of the A-frame cabin. (Essentially making it weather proof/dry) could I expect to pay under 20k?

The Dimensions of the house would be 31' x 46' x 2 stories high (didn't use geometry to get the actual height at peak)

Please exclude all other cost like land fees, etc. Just looking for framing cost.
