If the plant itself is doing fine, I wouldn't worry at all. If you think the pot may get damaged further, you may consider moving to a higher quality pot. If the snow/ice will be quickly, that's fine, you can skip watering. It is best to transplant plants in the growing season if possible, but they can survive at a time of year like this. Based on the information given, I'd say wait until late winter to repot if you're repotting at all. Hope this helps! :-)

Snow will not hurt Rosemary unless it settles in for a prolonged deep freeze. But moving it into a more sheltered spot won't do any harm.

Snow is actually a very effective insulator :-) I wouldn't be very concerned. Our cold spell is supposed to break tomorrow so I would assumes yours will as well (and PNW snow actually needs somewhat warmer weather to happen anyway - some predicted down here also).

Yes. When I said 'sheltered spot' I should have specified that you are not sheltering the Rosemary from snow per se but from possible cold, drying winds and persistent freezing.
