Rosemary plant

So, I have a rosemary plant that I kept in a pot when I lived in an apartment, and didn't have a chance to transplant it into the ground when I moved. It snowed recently and the rosemary plant is thriving, but there is a crack in it's plastic pot. A layer of ice has also settled on top of the soil. Should I leave the plant in it's pot, or transplant it once the snow's gone?
