My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The floor tile was purchased through Architerra Studio here in Austin, TX - I think the manufacturer is Original Mission Tile but I may be wrong. Architerra can direct you. It is an encaustic tile at 8 x 8.....beautiful isnt it?

    woul you mind sharing the counter surface material? I am looking for something like that for a kitchen counter....so would need to be more stain resistant.....any recommendations?

    The material in that kitchen is Carrara Marble honed and sealed. If you prefer something with more stain resistance you could use a faux Carrara Quartz man made solid surface material.
