Note that this room has poor lighting and the better the light, the less gray the curtains will look. The more light, the more on the blue side they will look.

is this color close to a blue seafoam?

I looked up this sea foam blue color palette and I would say the color is closest to the bar on the far right, but a shade or two lighter. It's not really close to any of the other shades of blue on this palette.
