Reconfigure bathroom to fit double vanity

We're buying this new condo where the master bathroom leaves a little to be desired - particularly the lack of a double vanity. We'd like to keep the tub as well as the shower since the second bathroom doesn't have space for a tub. Please suggest how we can have everything we really really want.

This is what I designed using Homestyler and the stuff they have there.

You are not getting what you want in a bath that is only 60"W. Even if you moved the toilet, which is not gonna happen in a condo, it's not really wide enough to have a vanity opposite.

That's the thing about a condo. It is small. You have to like small. And you cannot make substantial changes to it because the services have fixed locations. Moving plumbing would impact other tenants. So, plumbing doesn't get substantially moved.

I don’t think you will get permission to move the toilet this is a major job in a single family home and IMO not doable in a condo.Even if you could I think it is a large cost for very little return why not go with a tub/ shoer combo if tis is so important to you

Thanks for the response. The trouble is that even if we consolidated the shower and tub, we still can't really have the double vanity without moving the toilet :(

What's more important a double vanity or a separate shower and tub. If the double vanity is more important, then combine the shower and tub and use the shower area to extend the vanity.

Why would you have to move the toilet? Can't you use the shower area to extend the vanity?

Or move the vanity to the other wall? Have a trough sink with two faucets, instead of double vanity? This is my first time, so please pardon me if I sound stupid.
