Need help with designing my Great Room

Hello!

I am trying to redo my great room which is the most visible and most lived in room in my home. We recently purchased the two couches from Restoration Hardware in their indoor/outdoor velvet beige fabric. I am trying to get a less traditional look.

1. I have been looking for a rug for the space for a very long time. I need at least a 12 x 15 ft. rug and am having a hard time finding one that is not traditional looking. I really want something that is sophisticated and easy to clean. (I have three dogs and two boys who are all over this space!!) In the pictures I have attached, I am showing two 9 x 12 rugs from pottery barn called tonal tile blue/indigo. I would love to get this rug in my size but 9 x 12 is the biggest they make it. So, I tried putting two together to make it work. We are not sure we should keep them since there is a seam and not sure how bad it looks. Any ideas on rugs? I love lots of saturated colors but am having a hard time finding a rug and drapes and art that all work together. (FYI-Not in love with these drapes because they have yellowish background and my walls are more taupe beige.Sherwin Williams 7518 "Beach House" )

2. I also need a coffee table that is at least 40 by 40. I have attached one that I have been thinking about from Caracole.

3. I am also thinking about two saddle color leather chair to replace the red chair in the pic. I would like chairs that are swivel so people can watch tv or talk to people on the couch and be comfy. I am attaching ones that I kind of like. One is from pottery barn called Irving in camel I think and one is the corrina in chestnut leather from Basset Furniture. These chair will depend on the rug and drapes I would think. Help!

4. I am also needing two console tables. One thats open and one that has storage that will go up against the half wall.

Something like this to go on the wall under the stairs to the left of the half wall and behind the red chairs.

Maybe something like these for the half wall?

Or maybe two of these smaller ones side by side?
