My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The wide center windows are fixed, but the upper and lower windows are awnings operated with a crank on the bottom center and the two in the middle on either side of the big picture window are casements which also have a turn crank at the bottom of the window.

Love the Saarinen Tulip Chairs and the George Nelson Cigar Lamps suspended at different heights. Must be amazing for an architect when the interior design matches the architect's intentions for a clean modern space. Well done.
