Looks fine....you might need to chop some of large trees down in the near future.....lots of competition and shade.

Yea, we don't really have ideal property for growing fruit, that area gets 6-8 hours of direct sun in summer, so I am hoping that would be enough for modest production.

My apple trees fruit well in 6 hours of full sun.

I'd be more concerned about the roots of those large trees competing for nutrients against your young trees.

I would not try growing any very late season varieties like Fuji, Pink Lady, or even Goldrush with that much shade.

I keep my fruit trees no taller than I can reach standing flat-footed on the ground. It's a no ladder zone. So I would remove everything above the bottom couple of branches. I can't advise if you prefer large trees.
