Hi, can someone help me ID this rose?

Looking around, I think it looks like Dublin Bay. This rose grows in almost complete shade. It's my neighbor's and I have a rooted cutting.

She said it was a once blooming but I wonder if the small bloom size and the bloom frequency has to do with the lack of sun. The canes are long and thin, probably 8-12 feet. I don't know if it's a climber or if it's just teaching for the sun but I am inclined to think climber. The petals are much more red than shoes in the pictures. The stamens are yellow and some of the blooms have a little white at their base, as they age and open fully. They are scented,
