My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the material on the lower section below the lap siding? This is great!
I'm building a V-Zone construction home in Sarasota.

    The breakaway walls / louvers are built from Koma, which is a composite material. The louvers are end fastened through the frame such that each panel is constructed and then placed into the opening. This conceals all fasteners except those that attach to the bottom plate per breakaway design requirements.

      This project was completed two years ago and has held up great to date. We and our client are very happy with the decision to use Koma for the louvers.

      This is a true stucco with a tabby shell finish over cast in place concrete piers on this project.
