paint color for master bedroom

I have off white distressed furniture with dark pewter handles & a dark hardwood floor (ebony stain on red oak). The room is small & has 3 small corner windows. I am looking for a paint color to complement the floor & furniture. Maybe something light to not make the room look too small. I need help please. any suggestions? I am looking for a gray color.
