Need help with color scheme - curtains and rug

HI, i'm in the process of finishing the renovation on my home. I need to purchase curtains for my living room as well as a rug. My floors are a dark chocolate brown as well as the railing. My couches are dark brown leather Natussi couches. My wall are kind of greyish. Can I please get recommendations on curtains and a rug that would bring everything together?

Dark brown sofas will need a light rug to distinguish them from the chocolate floors. Will they be in the FP corner or floating out in the center of the space, with a cozier arrangement at the FP area? Can't see your windows to make a suggestion.

With dark espresso and grey walls - I think a pale taupe will marry these two colours perfectly.
Restoration Hardware do a beautiful Belgian Basket weave sisal rug with a set of linen coloured curtains.

I plan to do a cozy arrangement at the fireplace (which i will need help with as well). So here is a picture of the windows that I need curtains for. They are on the opposite side of the fireplace (I'm standing by the fireplace taking this picture). that's where the couches will go and the TV on the wall.
