Your current layout would work if the nightstands were wider. Here's an option to center the art and place the swing arm light above it.

I think they would look better a little higher and centered in relation to the nightstands. I don't know how to do that because the wall lights are in the way, though.

Here are a few options for your dilemma, from our designs. Perhaps try hanging the artwork near the bed, or elsewhere in the bedroom, one on top of the other.

I think either smaller pictures so that you can hang them totally over your nightstands or cheat a little and move the nightstands away from the bed a little so the pictures can hang totally over your bed. It's your bedroom; do what looks good to you. I

Sorry, but that open storage in those nightstands is a killer for the space. It makes it look cluttered.
