A single storey house, The house is multigenerational, 7 bedrooms each ensuite (grandma and nieces and her married son with 2 kids, 2 floors, no basement.)

A portico, extends into a porch supported by ionian collumns in front. 3 triangular steep gables in front view and bay window extending through both floors complete the front view.

The portico opens into a foyer leading to a staircase,
The common areas are to the left:
a living room with a bay window and a window seat, a fireplace leads to a dining with an alcove, which opens via a hallway to a study,a kitchen (with an island and cooking niche) with adjoing pantry and laundry.
The nocturnal areas are on the right,4 bedrooms all ensuite with closets each.

Ascending up the stairs from the foyer, to the first floor is a central lounge and a huge bedroom with dormer windows to the right, a studio in front (over the foyer)
3 bedrooms all ensuite, a kitchen is at the rear all on the left.

The water tower is hexagonal with 3 floors, each containing a water tank hidden from view and accessible via a small door on all floors, it also serves as a fire escape.
The ground floor has a dog kennel and opens via a door into a courtyard, the second floor has dove cotes projecting from the exterior walls, and a dinning room accessible via the second floor kitchen, the top floor is an observatory room that also serves as a meditation room.
The roof is flat with a parapet with a roof garden accessible via metal rungs leading to a trap door from the observatory.
An internal spiral staircase connects all floors, however, it can not be accessed from the ground floor due to a trap door that opens from the first floor dining room.
