My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What type of hard wood floors are these? What color or finish was used? Looks like there are gray wash undertones?

    Thank you for your inquiry. These floors are 10" Select white Oak plank, with a custom stain & finish.

    So glad you like the floors. All of our stains and finishes are custom made for the homeowner. I can tell you that this floor is a Select Grade 3/4" x 10" White Oak long length Plank with a micro bevel.
