We need serious help with a 1960 4 Plex Complete Exterior Remodel!!

We need to update one of our rental properties Exterior- not only to accommodate the long time trendy and great neighborhood it's located in. As well to address some serious issues with it.

We have been dragging our feet solely due to lack of direction and inspiration. We are not looking to cut corners- we plan on keeping this building for years and years to come. We would love all ideas big and small. We want to really add something to this neat neighborhood. We love suggestions that not only benefit the long term ROI but as well as the tenants now.

Here is a list of what we know we need to/want to change:

-We have to replace the stairs and the railings front and back they are literally falling apart the seams in so many ways.
-We know that we need to do some minor repair work to the landing pads up and definitely down. Is it worth entertaining a design that changes them completely.
-We have no clue what the technical name is for it- the white recessed paneling trim that the two windows on each side sit in, front and back. The wood is splitting and even falling off. It would be awesome to come up with something different and interesting there all together.
-We have to either remove and replace the wood soffit and fascia that is falling apart or if its possible-better to just cover with new.
-New rain gutters
-New windows throughout. We have been needing/wanting to do this for sometime- put it off until we need the Exterior.
-We want to put new doors in, we would like to match the colorful mid century style ones that you see throughout the neighborhood.
-We have to install lighting - not just outside each unit's door but throughout the property. We dont like how incredibly dark it is there.
-We have to either redo the roofing with something similar or we would love some other suggestions-
-small things- mailboxes- anyone put pedestal mailboxes in their multi-unit properties?
-and lastly we are going to redo the landscape.

Thank You! I am going to include photos we took of the property 2 months ago (nothing has changed except snow) as well as some pics of style/design inspiration we are going for.
